Secondly, it was our friend Francesca's birthday. Her partner and daughter (Matt and Sasha) did a terrific job in surprising her with a meal out at Montrachet, a (very) French restaurant in the suburb of Paddington.
Attendees also included their friends Clint and Trish. As the rule with my one-photo-a-day blog states that I must take the shot, I have included one I took of the happy couple plus a group shot taken by the friendly waiter.
