A late post today as we had work drinks after work (which were excellent fun by the way).
It was perfect lunchtime walking weather today. There is a Catholic Church on the hill near work that is very conspicuous.
I finally decided to check it out and take a few shots. It is named "Our Lady of Victories Parish and Polish Pastoral Centre" and involved a steepish climb up a side street to get to.
The church was built as a WWI war memorial and has been managed by the Polish community for over 50 years. The architectural style is Spanish Mission architecture.
